Charles Spurgeon says “It has been said that our
anxiety does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, but only empties today of its
strength”. Up to a level this statement is true as anxiety disturbs the beat of
life and put full stop to once to creativity. Unfortunately it affects every human
irrespective of status, place, state of mind and age and even kids.
Adults can find out various ways to come over this dilemma
but when it comes to young ones the solutions must be apt as it is going to have
