To be innovative and effective as a teacher There are four qualities that you have to have When you start your career as a teacher the first one is that you must love your subject then you must love the children You're going to teach and you must Somehow use the interests that you have in your teaching So that you look out for new ideas through what interests you and finally you must be able to do some research To validate and to find out what you are actually teaching So that you yourself are satisfied that what you have done is really effective And then you can do this one year and perhaps change it the next year because that's the great thing about teaching need not teach the same thing in the same way each year i got a letter the other day from a lady who must be about 50 now who said that I?
