Hear from an expert educationist on what makes a teacher inspiration

To be innovative and effective as a teacher There are four qualities that you have to have When you start your career as a teacher the first one is that you must love your subject then you must love the children You're going to teach and you must Somehow use the interests that you have in your teaching So that you look out for new ideas through what interests you and finally you must be able to do some research To validate and to find out what you are actually teaching So that you yourself are satisfied that what you have done is really effective And then you can do this one year and perhaps change it the next year because that's the great thing about teaching need not teach the same thing in the same way each year i got a letter the other day from a lady who must be about 50 now who said that I? Didn't like your subject physics but i loved your classes now that is really the skill of a teacher not everyone is going to like your subject, but you must make them Love your class for whatever way you can that means go to think things through you want to observe every child you got to see what's interesting them and try and Accept her interest into your teaching so I expect that all of you will try and be effective teacher and An innovative teacher who innovates through the teaching? I am really very Delighted that we have taken up this project which is called inspiration project Because I do believe that if each of you take on the role of a researcher the role of a person who loves children likes the subject you teach then through it will come a lot of other ideas and You will be able to actually in Innovate and inspire other people as well, so I do hope and look for to all of you participating Certainly as many of you can participate in this project. I congratulate the development team bringing up this idea and i look forward to following it and seeing to its success. Thank you

Moral Values and Ethics" by Shomie Das

You a visionary and architect of a distinct methodology of learning Mr.Shomie reruns, continues to make contributions that aim at promoting a unique child centered concept you leading by example rather than preaching introducing the child of fair play can influence every stages life truthfulness and compassion these are charice principles to bring social change that will create a ripple effect for moral values of spiritual values these are not absolute they differ from society to society they have relative importance in some societies in a different way to another society so in your school certainly you must talk about Values, and you must talk about moralities and you must talk about ethics but you cannot be too judgmental and you cannot be to absolute on it in the Important thing is for you to be able to live that life to be able to show the children.

How you live to be able to practice those with them so friends and just take fair play You have to play with children on the ground and then so what's a play? Take a take a thing like and the two very important absolutes. I think in my news truthfulness and compassion now both are possible to demonstrate in school and for instance if a child has done something wrong lost the child to stand up and say tell me what you actually did tell me the truth and If it is done in a pot of manner then the trial will even be prepared to take a punishment but if you makin frightened and terrified well, it does work, so morality has to be taughts except we thought more by living it than we actually preaching but you must have some discussion like you and I are hello but it has to be done more by living and I think the teachers have a very big role in that in Making sure that in all as forgiving in the classroom if a child is unhappy if the duty of the child next door to find out and hurt that child now. That's part of morality. That's pathway ethics and teacher must always be consciously aware that these are the things that she needs to emphasize on when she's going through a class but even outside These principles shape a student to be emotionally and intellectually independent He coined had lived the bottle of Oakland International school learning the treasure within often referred to as the man who saw tomorrow? She'll be bath Truly is an educationist at student’s teachers and educators. Have a lot to learn from you
